Who Am I?

I'm a 22-year-old yoga teacher from Provo, Utah but am currently living in Las Vegas, Nevada. In October of 2021 I had the most amazing experience of receiving a certification as a 200 hour RYT at The Yoga Underground by Brittany Andrews. I was taught in taṇhā yoga which is basically the liberty to move in however you feel is best!


Since then I have participated in quite a few Plant Medicine retreats in collaboration with IXCA Life and local community yoga classes. I have assisted Shamans during Ceremony to ensure the safety and resources for anyone we are working with whenever it is needed! Let me cater you.


My lucky number is six, my lucky color is orange and I’m a Cancer sun, Aquarius moon, and Virgo rising. I am currently working towards a certification in all Reiki levels which I will graduate from in July of 2024. Also, I am going to receive my 300 hour next level yoga certification in November 2024 making me a 5oo hour RYT. My actions in my life are guided from a place of unconditional love and growth for the highest well being of all living things.
